DepotSync operates as a subscription-based SaaS platform. Users may subscribe to monthly or annual plans depending on available offerings.
Subscription fees are billed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
All business data, inventory records, operational information and uploaded files remain the property of the customer.
DepotSync does not claim ownership of your company data.
We take data privacy seriously. Your information is securely stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure and security practices.
We do NOT sell, rent, trade, distribute or share your business data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
Access to customer data is strictly limited to authorized system processes and necessary technical support operations.
Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt system operations, upload malicious content, or violate applicable laws.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performed under their account.
While we strive for maximum uptime, DepotSync does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.
Scheduled maintenance and updates may occasionally affect platform availability.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the billing portal.
Upon cancellation, access may remain available until the end of the current billing period.
DepotSync shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
